She recently moved to the Customer Service Team as a Systems Training and Support Administrator. She brings over 16 years of customer service and support skills as well as 5 years providing training and documentation in the technical and data industries. Education: Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Technology Personal: Billie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She enjoys getting outside as much as possible. This means that you can usually find the family taking walks to the local park, camping, swimming, playing basketball or baseball, sledding (with the requisite snowball fights), and watching her oldest kid play for the local youth baseball league.
