ResQue® Software is one the most advanced online saturation list fulfillment system in the country.  ResQue requires a small piece of software to download to your PC in order to talk to our data cloud.

Install your ResQue software using the links below, then please contact your NFocus representative for a login and password and any additional questions.  To learn more about the ResQue system as well as other software solutions click here.

Download ResQue system

A window will open with the options to Save or Run the installation program that installs the ResQue software on your C: drive under a folder named "GraphOn".  If your PC is running Windows 7 or Vista you may have security settings that will not allow the installation program to run. Simply Save the installation file to your PC, then right click the file and select Run As Administrator. If there is still a problem temporarily reduce the security level on your UAC (User Access Control) settings for your PC. After you install the ResQue software you can restore the original security settings.

MAC OS

Download ResQue system

This ResQue 5.3 intallation file is for Mac OSX 10.5 or greater. After download it should automatically start the install. If it doesn't, unzip the file and execute ResQueinstall.mpkg. The install will add two apps: "GGW.APP" and "ResQue Online.app". You will only execute the "ResQue Online.app" you will get a Loading ResQue window, then after a few seconds you should get the normal ResQue logon window. For now when you quit ResQue, you will have to manually quit the "ResQue Online.app"
